    First of all, you simply set it to work and you forget about it. You don’t need to get into time-consuming settings, you just let it do its job and it cleans the basics – dust, hair, and anything a 7-year-old child might cause, like a bit of juice, crumbs, etc.
    It’s very quiet. Compared to other cheap robotic vacuums I’ve tried, this one doesn’t bother you with noise at all. You can easily let it run around you while you watch TV or are at home.
    Its app (Xiaomi Home, NOT the Roidmi app) is simple and stable, you don’t need to be an expert. I mainly use it to start the vacuum or to check if it has returned to its base, and usually to schedule it to clean when we’re away in the morning.
    It works fine on low-pile carpets, but if you have a very thick carpet, it struggles a bit and gets stuck.
    The negatives? The battery isn’t for large houses that need vacuuming in one go without stops. But for 70-80 sq.m., it’s just fine.
    Not that it’s a deal breaker, because it will go back to charge and continue, so if you set it in the morning, by the time you return it has cleaned the whole house.
    Also, be careful if you have cables or shoes lying around, because it might get tangled. It’s not ideal for very messy spaces.
    It’s a machine that needs minimal preparation to help you.

    Let me tell you what I liked about the Roidmi Eva, because I have it and I use it a lot.
    First of all, you simply set it to work and you forget about it. You don’t need to get into time-consuming settings, you just let it do its job and it cleans the basics – dust, hair, and anything a 7-year-old child might cause, like a bit of juice, crumbs, etc.
    It’s very quiet. Compared to other cheap robotic vacuums I’ve tried, this one doesn’t bother you with noise at all. You can easily let it run around you while you watch TV or are at home.
    Its app (Xiaomi Home, NOT the Roidmi app) is simple and stable, you don’t need to be an expert. I mainly use it to start the vacuum or to check if it has returned to its base, and usually to schedule it to clean when we’re away in the morning.
    It works fine on low-pile carpets, but if you have a very thick carpet, it struggles a bit and gets stuck.
    The negatives? The battery isn’t for large houses that need vacuuming in one go without stops. But for 70-80 sq.m., it’s just fine.
    Not that it’s a deal breaker, because it will go back to charge and continue, so if you set it in the morning, by the time you return it has cleaned the whole house.
    Also, be careful if you have cables or shoes lying around, because it might get tangled. It’s not ideal for very messy spaces.
    It’s a machine that needs minimal preparation to help you.
    Finally, don’t set it to clean something very dirty or greasy. Don’t expect it to clean up if you drop a family-sized ice cream. It will spread it everywhere and wait for you to pour syrup too! But for everyday cleaning, it’s just fine.
    Overall, for its price, it does its job without unnecessary fuss. If you want something simple and reliable that will save you time and effort, this vacuum is worth it.
