IDEAL FOR BAKING BREAD PRODUCTS
- Mix 500g flour, 1 tsp yeast, 1 tsp sugar, and ½ tsp salt in a bowl.
- Add 325ml water and when it starts to volume, add 1 tsp oil.
- Knead by hand on a surface pressing 100 times. Avoid adding extra flour.
- Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place until it doubles in size (about 1 hour).
- Knead while pressing another 100 times.
- Shape the dough and place it in a well-greased tin.
- Cover the tin and leave it in a warm place for another 40 minutes.
- Bake for 40-45’ in a preheated oven at 220°C.
- Remove bread from the tin and let it cool.
Ingredients: flour (wheat, calcium carbonate, iron, thiamine, niacin), antioxidant (ascorbic acid). Organic farming. May contain traces of barley, rye.
