Instructions for Use
- Carefully insert the swab through the nasal cavity into the nasopharynx to collect the sample
- After sampling, place the swab in the extraction tube and swirl it vigorously against the walls for about 1 minute
- Remove the swab by pressing the edges of the tube to extract as much liquid as possible
- Dispose of the swab
- Close the extraction tube with the dropper
- Add 3 drops to the circular window of the cassette
- After 15 minutes, the stick can be read visually and the result evaluated
Interpretation of Results
- Positive for Influenza A/B: Two visible colored bands appear at the test line TAB and the control line
- Positive for SARS-CoV-2: Two visible colored bands appear at the test line Tc and the control line
- Positive for Influenza A/B and SARS-CoV-2: Three visible colored bands appear at the test line TAB, at Tc, and at the control line
- Negative: One visible colored band appears at the control line, indicating that the antigen concentration is zero or below the detection limit of the test
- Invalid: No colored band appears at the control line regardless of whether it appears at the test lines or not
