Excellent router and specs, after upgrading from the first Rb750gr3. Plus, the metal chassis acts as a heatsink. I use it as a central router with PPPoE on Cosmote FTTH 300Mbps with Capsman, quite a few FW rules (including raw rules) and queues (fq_codel / cake) and it handles everything effortlessly. I haven't tried it as a WiFi AP because I have another AP.

I have been working with MikroTik for 10 years. Currently, the software version 7.10.2 has many issues with WiFi, both on 2.4GHz and 5GHz. If you search for "MikroTik hap ax2 wireless issues," you will see numerous forum posts without a solution. If you are in a hurry, I would not recommend getting it at the moment.
