    The sleeping bag is not suitable for carrying in a backpack, it is bulky and will not be convenient. Compared to the elite 3 that I put side by side, it is twice the size and weight (almost). Of course, the elite 3 also has twice the price. I will come back after testing. It was used in temperatures of -2 / 0. Very comfortable sleep only with underwear.

    If you want it for long hikes, it may seem big to you. It doesn't fit in a hiking backpack, but it can be tied somewhere because it has carrying straps. Tested on the plateau of Mount Olympus with -3 and 90% humidity inside a tent, it was good. Maybe -7 is not its ideal temperature, but with ideal conditions, without high humidity, it will be fine up to -5 with proper clothing. 4 stars because its volume is quite large and its ideal temperature is from -3 to -5. -7 is quite generous and only for the most ideal conditions one can have (without high humidity and without wind)
