Bondex 900 wood stain provides a clear satin finish and is suitable for all types of wood outdoors. It protects the surface against blue stain, mould, water and UV radiation, and contains a fungicide to protect the dry film. Its slow-release technology releases the active ingredients when needed.
Apply undiluted by brush, spray or dipping, in 2–3 coats. The surface must be dry, clean and sound, with dirt, mould and loose material removed beforehand. For softwood, the moisture content must be no more than 15%, and for hardwood, no more than 12%. Do not apply at temperatures below 5 °C or at relative humidity above 80%. Touch-dry in 4–6 hours; apply the next coat after 16 hours, at 23 °C and 60% relative humidity. Clean tools with white spirit.
