Very satisfied overall. I have been using it for 2 months on my laptop (ASUS, bought in 2017). Clear picture, good lighting. I think that whenever something froze it was exclusively due to the internet.
The only thing that needs ATTENTION is that its cable ends in a male USB-C, which not all laptops have a corresponding port for. That is, it does not fit into the classic USB-A port. I solved this simply by buying a USB-A male to USB-C female adapter.
There is a chance that the resolution may drop a bit, since an adapter is involved, as I was informed at the physical store where I bought it. So maybe if you have a laptop with a classic USB-A port, it might be simpler to get a camera version that plugs directly into it.
