The medical tourniquet is used for the temporary mechanical cessation of blood flow (arterial, venous, mixed) as well as for limiting venous blood flow during intravenous procedures (injections, blood sampling).
This blood collection tourniquet is suitable for adults with gradual constriction. Easy to use, it allows operation with one hand.
The tourniquet is made of 100% split silk cotton without latex to avoid bruising and skin allergies. It is washable at 60/90° C and can be sterilized in an autoclave.
