The Hagane main gear is manufactured by Shimano using Cold Forging technology, without the need for additional metalworking. This provides low weight, long-lasting smooth operation, strength, and energy at the heart of the mechanism.

X-SHIP

The X-SHIP technology offers perfect alignment of the gear set. This improves efficiency and increases retrieval power. There are 2 bearings for additional support on the sides of the pinion gear that keep the rotor rotation steady and provide exceptional performance.
