Very good sound, but unfortunately it has a problem with interruptions in the sound via HDMI ARC, whether PCM or passthrough... you put on a video from YouTube, it plays the track and then after 2 seconds you hear the sound... then it plays, does the same again, and when you put on a movie with Dolby Digital or Atmos, that’s where the chaos starts... you skip forward in the movie and for 2-3 seconds the sound stops, then comes back, then stops again. I took it to the official dealer and supposedly they repaired it... a shame because it has good sound and we are not just talking about audio delay that you could somehow fix.... the above make it just decorative...
stay away.

update: after 2 times for repair at the dealer I have the worst to say.
1. the first time it went for RMA they wrote as the problem that it does not turn on by itself (while that was a different issue) and sent it back)
2. the second time, although I sent an email describing the problem, they again had it registered as not turning on... after communication with the technician... he told me that he changed boards and it is like a replacement... see the videos with the new board as the technician said.

Of course they did nothing... the problem remains, a 2-3 sec delay in the sound after a short pause in audio, you pause or search a movie and after 2-3 secs there is sound... terrible support, buggy device, a shame because it has good sound.

After much thought about which soundbar to get, I ended up with this one as I was attracted by the many and satisfactory features it offers (e.g. Dolby Atmos and a variety of connectivity options). I was thinking of getting LG soundbars up to €150 max and at the last minute I decided to go for this one after reading the positive comments from other users.

I should mention that this is my first experience with a soundbar and I had no previous experience in the past. Initially, it has a decent size (if you see it up close for the first time it looks like a bazooka in size (same goes for the huge box it comes in), but over time you get used to it, depending on what TV or furniture you put it under to have as a point of reference).

Build quality is excellent with 4 buttons on top: ON/OFF, Volume -, Volume +, Source. It also comes with a remote control for additional settings such as Treble, Bass, Preset Audio's, Source and everything essential a remote should have. As for the sound, it is crystal clear and satisfactory for a small-medium living room, and the bass enhances the sound experience without distorting it at high volumes.

It has a display on the front, which is a BIG + because other soundbars didn’t have one, and it helps you see which source you’re on, your volume level, and the bass/treble levels. Keep in mind that when it’s turned off, the display doesn’t shut down but just shows “--” as if giving a standby status, while when it’s on, it constantly shows which Source you’re on (e.g. ARC).

Connected to an LG Smart TV with HDMI 2.1 (this cable is a MUST) via ARC Channel for Uncompressed sound (from the TV, select eARC support and for audio output, prefer “Pass Through” or in Greek "Διελευση"). The Atmos is virtual and not physical.

Tested with movies as well as games via PS5 with Atmos, you hear every detail from everything. You enjoy it as if you’re at the cinema.

I should point out that sometimes on the TV, for example when the sound is low or the ad changes, there are some interruptions in the sound for 1-2 seconds and then it comes back (rarely). Also, with the ARC channel, you can directly control the soundbar’s volume from the TV remote and turn it on/off simultaneously with the TV. In terms of connectivity: 1 Jack 3.5mm, 1 USB, 2 HDMI, 1 HDMI(ARC), Optical, and Bluetooth. The bass/treble range is from -5 to 5, I personally have both at 2.

Additionally, I noticed that when I have Live TV (for LG) I have the sound at 10, and then if I go to Spotify, YouTube, or any other app, I need to lower the sound to 1 or 2 because if it’s at 10, the house turns into a club from the loud sound. IDK if it’s an LG bug or incompatibility (not a big deal).

The maximum volume the soundbar reaches is 32.

Overall, I am satisfied with what it offers for under €200, as it turns your home into a Home Cinema and you enjoy it. CLEARLY, it cannot be compared to the TV sound, it’s day and night so there’s no point discussing it. The subwoofer connects wired to the bar and is not wireless (doesn’t bother me as I have it right under the bar).

So here's how things are...
This soundbar is a gem.
I don't know how much better some of the more expensive ones are, but at least for its price, this one is definitely impressively good and a VFM choice!
Positives: Crystal clear sound, powerful, with bass that doesn't distort when you have it at full volume. The impressive thing is that in movies with sound effects, you hear every sound crystal clear as if you're in a cinema, and many times you feel it spreading in the space as if you have speakers in other places. The difference from the TV speakers is huge. It has made me put on movies and music continuously, and I've even started watching old movies to relive their experience even better!
Also, the build quality of the soundbar is very good, sturdy, and has a nice design.
It has 4 different sound modes (music, movie, news, 3D), and especially the 3D you will enjoy.
For those who get it and don't have HDMI Arc or optical cable, buy them because through acoustic connection and Bluetooth, you'll hear 40-50% of its performance without exaggeration! Initially, I connected the acoustic, and the sound was just good. With BT, much better, but with an optical cable, simply 3 levels up in both volume and sound clarity.

In short, this Crystal Audio Soundbar is a beast. If you play music, the house becomes a club. I wish other brands at this price were like the Casb360.

Update 23/7/24: I use the soundbar with an optical cable. Unfortunately, on my TV, a (2016) LG 3D 47LA660s, although it supports HDMI ARC like the soundbar, the sound doesn't play because the TV is old and logically the two technologies are not compatible.
I tried the soundbar on another newer TV, and it played fine.
The downside is that only through HDMI ARC can it deliver Dolby Atmos sound, while through the optical cable, it cannot.
On the other TV where it worked, the Dolby Atmos makes a difference and reaches 100% of the soundbar's capabilities. With the optical cable, let's say it reaches 90%, which is still an excellent result.

I don't know if the other models of this company had the same performance. In the reviews of some owners of previous models, there is a complaint that the woofer is as if it doesn't exist unless you have it at max +5 of its volume. In the CASB360, what happens is that it will make you set the volume to -3 because it is very strong and clear but intense. At +5, it kills.
Also, owners mention that the wireless subwoofer doesn't have a long range, and you have to have it close to the soundbar, as is the case with the wired subwoofer of the CASB360, which, as I mentioned in my review, personally doesn't bother me, but for some, it might be a negative.

Update 16/5/25:
The soundbar works PERFECTLY, and its sound is impressive.
I have ended up using it with an optical fiber cable, and I have watched many movies, football matches, music, and it leaves us speechless. Especially for watching movies with effects, the detail and clarity in the sound effects excite you. We usually have its volume from 13 to 20, while its max is 32. From 15 to 20, the bar takes off. For example, up to 13, you have clear sound at a normal volume so as not to disturb the neighbors during quiet hours. Different from 15-17 and above, you make it a cinema. But if you reach 20-22. More than that, you make it a club! This is to understand that if you want the bar for home use, you more than get the job done with the Casb360 from Crystal Audio. Buy it with your eyes closed.

I expected much more from the casb360 soundbar, in terms of overall volume compared to the casb80 that I have. Also, for the 360 total watts it claims to have, it has absolutely nothing in comparison to the Marshall Woburn 2 that I have, which is 120 watts. Yes, it is double the price, but it has nothing in common. The downsides are:
• The sub produces a lot of volume even at low levels.
• The sub does not go low enough in cycles, resulting in it being annoying around 100 with a 'hollow wooden' sound.
• The soundbar takes a long time to connect at startup, 7 to 10 seconds.
• The soundbar has an indicator panel on the front that does not completely turn off when it is switched off.
• On its remote, you cannot completely turn off the bass if you want to, for Dolby Atmos at low volume.
• The mids are insufficient.
That’s it.

Other than that, for a first purchase compared to a simple TV, it is definitely a significant upgrade.

Unfortunately, the casb360 soundbar does not.... When connected via HDMI in Dolby Atmos, while you turn it off, it reconnects by itself at an unrelated moment and at an unrelated volume. So whenever you try to turn it on selectively, it always starts at a medium to loud volume, not always the same, and not at the volume it had when you turned it off. Also connected via HDMI, sometimes the remote works and sometimes it doesn’t. It works fine from the TV. In general, spend more money on a TV or an external sound system like a soundbar to have quality sound. With the 200 it costs when I got it, I believe it is not worth it for its 'problems.' If volume is your only criterion, then get it. Compared to a simple TV, as mentioned earlier, it will perform better. I have now put it up for sale.
