κανονικά πρεπει να το παίρνεις βραδι γιατί το σώμα παραγει την περισσότερη χοληστερίνη οταν κοιμάσαι. εγω παροτι κοιμάμαι κανονικά στα 5 λεπτα σα κούτσουρο, με το που ξεκινισα να τα παιρνω ειχα μια περιεργη ένταση κ εκανα απο μιση μεχρι μιάμιση ωρα να κοιμηθω.
οποτε τα γυρισα να τα παίρνω το πρωι, και μετα απο 6 κουτια και μηνες και με προσεκτική διατροφή και αρκετή ποσότητα Ω3, περίμενα καποιο αποτέλεσμα.
