It leaves stone particles and if it gets too oily, the grease is difficult to remove. I mainly bought it for meats but it wasn't worth it because the fat is hard to remove afterwards
Αφήνει κομματάκια πέτρας και αν λαδώσει πολύ δύσκολα φεύγει η λαδίλα. Το πήρα κυρίως για κρέατα αλλά δεν άξιζε Γτ το λίπος μετά αφαιρείται δύσκολα
While it appears sturdy, you are afraid to touch it for fear of it breaking into pieces. The corners constantly get "eaten away" without necessarily being hit/touched anywhere. They should possibly have some protective covering. It also leaves marks after washing where the cheeses/cold cuts have touched.
Ενώ φαίνεται στιβαρό, φοβάσαι να το ακουμπήσεις για να μην γίνει κομμάτια. Οι γωνίες συνεχώς «φαγώνονται» χωρίς να έχουν χτυπηθεί/ακουμπήσει κάπου απαραίτητα. Θα έπρεπε να έχουν κάποιο προστατευτικό ίσως. Επίσης αφήνει σημάδια μετά απ’το πλύσιμο εκεί όπου έχουν ακουμπήσει τα τυριά/αλλαντικά.
