Cypress Essential Oil

Cypress essential oil is derived from the steam distillation of the stems and needles and has a spicy, fresh, and pure scent. It is used in aromatherapy as an anxiolytic, sedative, astringent, tonic, hemostatic, rejuvenating, antiseptic, antispasmodic, and detoxifying agent.

Applications:

• For body massage: Add 6 drops to 2 teaspoons of avocado oil or almond oil, or 20-25 drops to 50ml of avocado oil or almond oil.
• For a relaxing bath: Add 4-8 drops to milk or honey and mix it with the water. Relax for 10-15 minutes in the scented water.
• For room scenting: Put a few drops in an essential oil burner adding water to the surface and a tea light candle to the base.
• For compresses: Add 3-6 drops to 100ml of warm or cold water, depending on the situation. Shake the water with the oil and soak a piece of sterile gauze. Wring it out and apply it to the area that needs treatment.

Recommended combinations: It can be combined with lemon, lavender, and rosemary essential oils. For body use, use almond oil or avocado oil as a base.
