Nuevo Compañeros 2 student book consists of 9 units, and each unit contains: "Starting Point" section to refresh content from the previous level. Three pages where the contents are presented and vocabulary of the unit is worked on. Other four sections to work on grammar (3 pages), communication and vocabulary (2 pages), and language skills (2 pages).

In addition, a "Culture" section (1 page) is included to develop sociocultural and intercultural competencies. A "Reflection and self-assessment" section to review the grammar, vocabulary, and communication content learned in the unit. Preparation practices for the DELE school.
