DONT BUY this product. We bought it three months ago, as we were having our bathroom renovated, we managed to get plumber during the busy Greek summer season and when it came to fit it yesterday we opened it up to find rusty ends and brackets with a plastic grommet covering the electric cables missing. we wrote to Skroutz with photos asking for a replacement as this was not fit for purpose. they have just advised that the request has been rejected by the seller and we should have requested this within 14 days of receipt. Not sure what the seller expects us to do with a faulty item but they're not bothered they have our money. We have today received an email from Skroutz advising that they will issue a refund for this item rather than a replacement. thankyou.
