Wooden four-string guitar (ukulele) ideal for introducing a child to the world of music. The strings can be replaced. If needed, the tuning pegs can be tightened by turning the cross screw located at their center from the bottom.
The Ukulele or ukulele is a stringed musical instrument in the shape of a guitar. It originated from the identical instrument machete da braça, which was brought to Hawaii by immigrants from the Portuguese island of Madeira. The first makers of the instrument in Hawaii are noted as the Portuguese Manuel Nunes, Augusto Dias, and José do Espírito Santo, who arrived in the country in 1879.
Its shape is quite similar to that of the guitar, but the two instruments differ in size, as the ukulele is quite smaller. They also differ in the number of strings, with the ukulele having four instead of the six typically found on a guitar.
