The Nedis ASPL2512BK converter splits one digital Toslink optical output into two Toslink connections for connecting devices such as an amplifier, receiver or speaker set. It supports bidirectional signal transmission and the S/PDIF digital audio transmission standard, as well as 2-channel uncompressed LPCM audio and 2-channel compressed audio and DTS.
It supports optical fibre cables up to 5 m long and is operated with a push button. It has a metal construction and requires a 5 VDC / 1 A power supply.
