A key element of the school's operation is the meeting of individuals, teachers and students, and the quality of the relationships that form between them.

The good organization and management of these relationships, which will lead to the effective functioning of the school unit, are contributed to by the individuals who play leading roles but, primarily, by those who lead. The person responsible for exercising leadership, whether as the head of the school unit or as a class teacher, needs to act as a good orchestrator and manager of all the functions carried out in the school environment.

In educational organizations, leadership has a significant impact on learning. The leader guides and motivates teachers, inspires students, facilitates changes within the school unit, cares for the high level of student performance, as well as for their good behavior.

This study attempts to correlate educational leadership with Christian pedagogy, as it can be made feasible through the existing Curricula for the Religious Education subject in Secondary Education in our country.

The contribution of Christian pedagogy to the effectiveness of the educational process is considered particularly important. Through teaching and the experiential approach of its principles by students, the formation of their personalities on healthy foundations is achieved. Important educational elements are provided, which are necessary for the healthy development of the child's and adolescent's personality, the appropriate way of decision-making, the cultivation of a spirit of solidarity, giving, as well as loving-democratic coexistence among the members of the social community.
