The board game Planet Unknown by Adam's Apple Games is a competitive planet-building game for 1–6 players. Each round, every player places a dual-resource polyomino tile on their planet and takes two actions corresponding to its two types of infrastructure. The infrastructure supports life on the planet, while tile placement contributes to its development and engine-building.
Some placements activate meteors, which hinder the development of all planets and prevent scoring in the corresponding rows and columns. The goal is to develop the best planet.
