Materials used in JT sprockets

JT sprockets are made from the highest quality materials:

• Aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight racing sprockets
• SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front sprockets
• High carbon content C49 steel for rear sprockets

JT quality control: Each sprocket goes through 25 production stages and 10 individual quality checks before leaving the factory. The manufacturing unit has achieved the highest European quality standards.
