  • Power Supply

The power supply concerns the voltage of the current that the LED strip must have.

    2. If the LED strip does not include a power supply, then the power supply must be purchased separately. We must ensure that the power supply has the corresponding voltage (volt) in order to connect it to the outlet.

    12V

The LED film requires a 12 volt power supply to operate. If the power supply is not included in the package, you will need to purchase it separately.

  • Protection certification

"It is an indicator that shows us the degree of protection of each LED. The indicator (I), which is the first number, refers to protection against dust, and the indicator (P), which is the second number, refers to protection against water. The higher the numbers for each indicator, the better the protection."

    IP65

LED films with an IP65 rating are mainly used in bathrooms and kitchens and have complete protection against splashes, steam, and occasional humidity. They also have high protection against dust.

  • Light Shade

    Adjustable White

The LED film has gradations of white light, starting from warm white, natural white, and up to cool white. This allows you to switch between gradations whenever you want.

  • Connectivity

    Wi-Fi

The movie is connected & controlled via Wi-Fi network with smart devices such as mobile phones.

In no case are the 1200 lm/meter stated on the packaging justified. I estimate it is below 400. It provides adequate light compared to other LED strips that are used simply for visual effect. On the positive side, it is flexible, has a small power supply, and includes a remote control. The latter, which is integrated into the power supply, has an extra cable to receive a signal from the wireless remote. Another negative is that the app is no longer available on Google Play and must be found elsewhere. There is a reading setting there that supposedly gives the strongest light. Maybe to see around you, but I don't think it's suitable for reading.

Additional Features

LED type
SMD5050

LED type

This concerns the dimensions of the LEDs on the strip. For example, an SMD 3528 strip has LEDs with a width of 3.5mm and a length of 2.8mm.

SMD5050
The 5050 LED is brighter than the 3528 and suitable for large surfaces and spaces with ambient light. Additionally, they are better for applications with colors (RGB).
LED Density
90 LED/m

LED Density

"It is an indicator that shows how many LED lights are present in 1 meter. The more LED lights there are, the stronger the brightness."
Power
15 W/m

Power

Power is measured in watts per meter and indicates the amount of electrical energy consumed for each meter of the LED strip.
2. The power values are usually quite small and therefore the cost of electricity consumption is considered negligible.
