    I haven't worn them in very hot weather but once you wear them for 6-7 hours and the leather softens, they are amazing and comfortable.
    I have big hands so I haven't felt extreme cold and I'm not outside all day. They are long but still I close them and the sleeve fastens on top (it has a zipper) and they fit fine inside the jacket.
    I've also tried them and they fit over the jacket as well. So far I like them quite a lot
