I have had this mouse since 2021 and it has been returned under warranty 3 times for replacement. Nice, ergonomic, convenient, but I do not recommend it.

-The side wheel cannot be set for "classic" scroll, it is only for horizontal scroll, mainly useful in video editing applications.
-The wireless connection sometimes works, sometimes it doesn't.
-The screen has now dimmed so much that it is not visible unless I cast a shadow with my hand.
-Now, even with the cable, it has gone KO, it freezes and disconnects. I have to unplug/replug the cable to get it started.
-Poor software if you want to change the color and DPI.
-The wheel has started to creak and periodically does not work.

!! Hack Scroll Fix: If the wheel "sticks," it needs a kiss of life! Searching for a repair method online, I found this "hack."
You blow on the wheel with a lot of pressure, but you have to touch your mouth... I suppose to keep it moist.
Suddenly, the wheel's sensor is repaired for at least a month.
(This works on other mice too; I have tried it on a Razer that had an issue).

First impressions after a recent purchase. Keep in mind that I come from a much more expensive mouse (Logitech MX Vertical), which, however, after 2.5 years of use, experienced serious malfunction in the switches and disappointed me. Nice design that satisfactorily meets the standard of an ergonomic mouse. The RGB lighting, customizable through a desktop app, makes its appearance even more beautiful and impressive. Build quality is at a good level, with plastic materials that do not look cheap at all. Good grip and a very pleasant (silent and soft) feel when pressing the buttons. The size is a bit small for large hands, but it gets the job done just fine, without major issues. The OLED screen on the top is a nice and unique touch that serves a truly functional role, as it provides useful information about the device (selected DPI, battery level, and connection method to the PC). Generally, compared to the MX Vertical, I would say it stands up to it with merit and does not fall significantly short. Not to mention it costs almost half the price, making it an even more attractive choice. If its durability over time proves to be relatively long, then it will definitely be a VFM purchase! Extra tip: Among the available colors, prefer the blue, which in my opinion suits it very well...

I have a small issue with the cursor movement and the accuracy of the mouse, which so far I find was better with the MX Vertical. Not that the Delux disappoints, but it simply doesn't give me that feeling I'm looking for yet... It might be a matter of transitioning to the new mouse and getting used to it, which will come with time...

NEW UPDATE 4-5-2025
The scroll wheel has stopped responding with the necessary accuracy for a while now, to the point where it is no longer functional. The mouse lasted only 1.5 years and is going for a replacement. I'm not sure it’s worth the money for such a short period of operation. It's up to you to decide...

I had bought 2 of these mice, from different stores, for myself and a colleague. In summary, the first impressions were very good but they turned out to be cheaply made with continuous bugs and problems! With a price of 50 euros, it is not justified!

More specifically, it looks like a quality construction with soft materials and a perfect, comfortable grip!! (if you haven't used a vertical mouse before, you'll get used to it in a few days)
The click on the buttons is silent and very soft, smooth feeling.
The battery lasts for 6-7 eight-hour workdays.
The optical sensor is average..
Through the software, all the buttons can be configured, the LED color can be adjusted, and it also supports macros.
On the plus side, the package includes 2 covers for the back (the honeycomb and a simple one), so you can use whichever you want. The detachable wrist rest did not suit me and I never used it.
However, from the beginning, a bunch of problems appeared!
Initially, the scroll wheel gradually broke on both! I returned one for a refund, while the other was repaired and after a few months broke again, now out of warranty!!
Additionally, the battery percentage is wrong, as it runs out from 25% on both! Sometimes it freezes and you need to turn it off and on again to bring it back to life! The LED light started to fail on one. The screen sometimes turns off for no reason and only lights up when you press a button momentarily, while on one the brightness is weakened. The button to change the source often needs to be pressed many times to go to the next setting (sometimes it works on the first try and other times it takes 10 presses!) Based on all this, I would say it is a cheap construction that they managed to make look high-quality!
