I didn't see any significant difference from using it compared to other similar products I've used (sportgel). Good texture and easy to apply. It had a nice cold sensation which gives you the impression that it's working. However, in the end, I was left with the impression even though I applied a considerable amount. I didn't see any improvement. The good thing is that it didn't smell after using it and didn't stain the clothes. I don't know if I would buy it again.

The only cream that helped with knee osteoarthritis and a severe ankle sprain. It is very refreshing and pleasant, no other similar one helped - and I have tried many.

Incredibly effective. I tried it first as a sample. On a knee that had a strain and with a well-known medicinal ointment, it didn't go away, but with 2 applications of this, it hasn't bothered me again. You feel a burning and freezing sensation and that's it!

There is also a roll-on version which is much better because it allows for a more controlled amount to be applied. For cases such as overuse syndrome, tendonitis, and related conditions, it is very relieving.

Purchase due to positive comments. The gel provides a feeling of relief for a short period of time. I don't know if it's the best product in its category, but I believe it helps with simple muscle pain. I personally use it for my waist, which I do have a problem with and have undergone physical therapy. I believe it has different effects on each person. It's worth its money. The pharmacist gave us 2 samples of biofreeze that froze for 2 hours. OBVIOUSLY THEY WERE OVERSTRENGTHENED FOR ADVERTISING PURPOSES. We bought the product and it's nothing like that.. It freezes moderately for 10 minutes and that's it. We wasted 10€. And the one star is too much for it. Stay away

There is no better. I was using pensaid and roiplon for months and nothing happened. With this, the pain disappeared in a few days.

For very simple cases and especially for small injuries from everyday sudden movements. With a sufficient amount, you feel coolness and temporary relief. But only up to that point.

I used it on a pipe, there is an improvement but not to the extent I expected. Maybe with another one I believe it will be enough for the issue I have on my elbow.

Very effective gel. I randomly tried it on intense pain and stiffness in my hands (I couldn't lift anything "heavy") and immediately the next day the pain had improved significantly. I highly recommend it.

Its effect lasts for about an hour and the feeling of coolness coexists with the pain, so personally it didn't help me.

It is very good. It provides immediate relief and does what it promises. It has a strong scent but it doesn't bother me. Be careful after use!! It requires thorough hand washing because it doesn't easily come off, and if you touch your face, it burns your eyes or whatever you touch, the smell remains.

I read the very good comments and I decided to try it. Unfortunately, it didn't work as well for me as it did for others. Not all products are for everyone, and in my case, it doesn't suit me.

I use it for lower back pain (after a recommendation from my orthopedic doctor) every time I feel the intensity of the pain and the "pinching" in my leg coming. With 3 times daily and -of course- rest, fatigue and pain go away.

Personally, I liked it and it did the job, providing freshness and relief from pain for at least 2-3 hours. I deduct one star only because three relatives and a friend tried it and didn't notice any difference, which means it probably doesn't work for everyone.

It may not be as solid as ice, but it can be used as recommended by the instructions, and it has excellent results.

I use it for my own injuries as well as for my clients/patients. Compared to other cold therapy creams I have tried, I consider it the best by far. Of course, it does not replace the use of ice in any case.
It significantly reduces pain and the cooling sensation lasts for a considerable amount of time (1.5-2 hours).
It is quite concentrated and only a small amount is needed to be applied to the affected area.
Another positive aspect is that the texture of the gel does not change when exposed to high temperatures.
It has a strong scent (which is logical since it contains essential oils).
