I bought 4 pillows for the whole family and I made a mistake. The pillow is of good quality, but extremely hard and high for sleeping. No one used even one pillow, because we realized that we could not get used to the hardness or the height of the pillow. Unfortunately, I could not return them for hygiene reasons.

You really don't feel it at all when you're sleeping. But if you're used to the soft ones from the market and the supermarket, don't go straight to this. It will feel like a brick to you.

The product is okay. But greshop is really unreliable and bad. They put the information of my invoice wrong, and refused to fix it.

Excellent pillow 10/10, both quality and at a super price. I would say it's medium to firm, 5.5 out of 10. If you want something softer, make sure to buy one that says soft, not medium.

The pillow is NOT average - it is hard and inflexible. If you want a HARD pillow that does not hug the neck, but pushes it upwards and puts pressure on it, then OK - it may satisfy you.

It's worth its money, very good!
