The Predator II is the complete upgrade of the HT/1510, based on our original home theater subwoofer. These upgrades focus on three main points:

• The sound quality was so good that users requested more power.
• Appearance matters, and a home theater subwoofer should be impressive.
• The synergy of the HT/1510 with our high-end models offers rich and full sound quality.

The Predator II features an upgraded 1,000-watt amplifier and a new 15” (380mm) driver with 40% more power, delivering greater and faster dynamic performance. Its new enclosure perfectly matches other REL designs for a surround sound system. To ensure the benefits of these upgrades, we developed specialized versions of the PerfectFilter for a flatter deep bass, now down to 20 Hz.

The Predator II offers significant upgrades in design elegance and performance. We use an aesthetically pleasing black finish enclosure that resembles advanced amplifiers. Our designs incorporate mechanical solutions such as the BrilliantBrace, which protects the driver and delivers sound without noise.

The Predator II features a 15” (380mm) driver made of glass and carbon fiber, providing fast and reactive bass. The power has been increased, allowing the amplifier to perform at maximum levels. If the 800 watts of power are not enough, the 1,000 watt line amplifier will meet all your needs. With (4) 400-watt MOSFETs, it delivers enormous instantly available power.
