Materials used for JT gears

JT gears are manufactured with the highest quality materials:

• Aviation-grade 7075-T6 aluminum alloy for lightweight racing gears
• SCM420 chromoly steel alloy for front gears
• High-carbon content steel C49 for rear gears

JT quality checks: Each gear undergoes 25 stages of production and 10 separate quality inspections before leaving the factory. The manufacturing unit has met the highest European quality standards.
