The honeycomb grid limits the spread of light with minimal light loss. It is used when the center needs to be exposed while the edges of the image require some shading. The device works with softboxes and main light source lamps, as well as with anti-effect lamps depending on the desired outcome. With honeycomb grids, you can subtly highlight a subject, texture, or color in the exposure and create a romantic atmosphere in the scene.
