How to use:

Tear off about 20 cm of floss. Wrap the floss around two points, leaving a piece of about 3 centimeters. Pull the floss forward leaving a length of about 2-3 centimeters and place it in the inter-dental space. Make pulling motions from bottom to top, wrapping the tooth in a “C” shape first. The floss can go about 1 mm below the gum line.
