Macrogol is an inert water-soluble polymer with high molecular weight. It has the ability to form bonds with the water used during intake, which it retains within the stool. 

It enhances rehydration and softens the stool, facilitating defecation. It accelerates intestinal transit by stimulating peristalsis. It is neither absorbed nor metabolized in the intestine. It does not disrupt electrolyte balance when ingested with the recommended dose of fluid.

Macrogol, sucralose

For children between 6 months and 12 years

• From 6-10 kg 1 sachet per day
• From 10-15 kg 1-2 sachets per day
• From 16-20 kg 2-3 sachets per day
• From 21-43 kg 3-4 sachets per day

The dosage may be increased or decreased depending on the individualized response to the treatment, with the aim of promoting regular soft stool evacuation. The maximum dose usually does not exceed 4 sachets per day. Dissolve the powder in water or other liquids (50ml per sachet) and drink immediately after. In case of taking the minimum dose (1 sachet per day), it is recommended to take the product in the morning. For larger doses, the intake should be divided into morning and evening.
