Super non-stick... after a few months, the bottom has become slightly uneven and the center is higher than the perimeter (I can see it from the oil that only goes around). But it doesn't create a serious problem. It is not only for crepes, I also make super omelettes and pancakes. Overall, it doesn't require much time at a very high temperature
