plug&play 2.5gbit card, which I installed in an old PC that is used for home NAS (zimaOS), didn't even need drivers, it reaches its full speed.

It is installed very easily in a PCI 1x slot or higher, no problem. The computer recognized it immediately and I have absolutely no issues. It also includes a CD with the drivers, which are not necessary, as you can also find them on the website.

Worked immediately. Very fast, maxes out the 1gbps connection at home. No extra drivers were needed, neither from the CD nor from the internet, on Windows 11

I have an Optical NOVA 300mbps connection, but on the PC I was getting 52-55mbps via PowerLine Ethernet TP-LINK PA7017P (they told me there are losses because the house wiring is old). With this particular card I reach anywhere between 55 (no change from before...) up to 90mbps - which I only saw once. Obviously, it depends on the day of the week... The thing is, between 55 and 90 mbps the differences in "real life" are barely noticeable, unless you are downloading large files from the Web, which I haven't been doing lately due to the new law.

Therefore, at least in my case and based on my needs, it wasn't worth it.

As others have mentioned, it's essential if you want to see speeds above 940Mbps on a 1Gbps connection. Personally, I see 1040Mbps. So far, it hasn't presented any issues. For the price, it's super.

Installation in 3 minutes. Driver upgrade from the realtek site, connection with a 5-meter cat6a cable to the 2.5 port of the fritzbox from Cosmote and the speed reached 1070 mbits. No significant difference in the internal network since all other devices are on a gigabit network.
Cheap and honest device for the use I want. If there were cheaper switches and network cards, I would go for a 10k network.
I give it a 5 due to price and trouble-free operation.

Simple, cheap, and good product. I put it in a system with TrueNAS scale, it detected it immediately and it works without any issues. An iperf test between two 2.5gbe systems (on a 2.5gbe network) yielded 2.37 Gbps.

I installed a hilarious connection and noticed that I was reaching 940 Mbps. At first, I thought there was some loss in the line even though I have fiber optic to the house. In the end, I changed the network card and now I consistently reach 1040!

Very good product. I bought it from one of the best stores. It works perfectly. (My motherboard has the Killer E3100 which sometimes causes problems.)

In Windows 11, it is plug and play. I bought it to replace the motherboard (Intel) that was struggling quite a bit and had unstable speeds. With this one, the network works as it should.

Plug and play. 2.5gbps directly and immediate improvement of the lan speed which was the main reason I got it. I hope it will last but it seems quite good for now. It also includes a bracket in the packaging to change the profile and fit into an sff case.

With the motherboard port, I used to reach a maximum of 930, while now it comfortably reaches the line at 1030-1040 (with the corresponding cable, of course)

Excellent quality and does its job, works perfectly with a 1Gbt line and covers everything and more.

TP-LINK warranty! Necessary product if you have a 1Gbit connection and your motherboard doesn't have 2.5Gbit. With a 1Gbit card, you will get around 900Mbit on the speedtest, while with a 2.5Gbit card, everything is as it should be. The plug and play feature is good, but I would recommend downloading drivers from https://shorturl.at/eilJO (I suggest Not Support Power Saving). Also, if you check with a diagnostic program, you will see that the chipset is gaming, not just 2.5Gbit. I have attached a photo for proof.
