Illuminate the lip contour with the Touche Éclat Illuminating Pen before defining it with the Lip Liner Dessin des Levres. Then, apply the Rouge Pur Couture starting from the center of the lip outwards to the corners. For added intensity, reverse the motion for maximum color impact. A lip brush can also be used to apply color to the lips or to add a second layer of color with precision. Reapply the Dessin des Levres Lip Liner after application as needed.
