Stay away from this is my advice.
In 10 days it broke and because I am under warranty they will repair the same one without replacing it and will bring it back to me in 20 days. My advice is to stay away from this coffee maker. Stay awaaay, you will lose your money

The Vertuo machines are excellent and for a long time now I have been drinking this kind of coffee daily, it suits me perfectly. This is the second machine I bought (I took one to the cottage) and it is just as good.
This particular one has only one negative that I hadn't considered. It is very short, so a glass doesn't fit underneath (e.g. to make iced coffee).
I printed a base on the 3D printer to make it taller and things are better now.

Excellent! Works perfectly! The great thing is not that Nespresso has the best coffee, as there are better ones, the great thing is the fact that every time you make coffee it will be of high quality and quickly at 1/3 of the cost. That's why it's worth the money. Additionally, it remains a quality device that simultaneously beautifies the space. Note: Vertuo machines only accept Nespresso capsules due to the technology they use. It's a positive that it connects to WiFi to receive updates for better and more efficient operation (better coffee extraction in terms of quantity and water temperature to highlight the coffee's aromas).

Buy this coffee maker if you want to continue buying coffee from outside and if you want to wonder every day why it doesn't work and which random buttons (because it doesn't respond to the combinations stated in the manual) you might have to press today to drink coffee.

The coffee maker is quite good at first! However, after 6 months it needs descaling.. whenever you try to do it, it suddenly breaks! No matter how hard you try, it doesn't work, resulting in needing service and being left without a coffee maker, and you are stuck with the capsules

There is a problem with the recognition of the capsules, so I throw away 1-2 capsules in the 20-pack. The operation button turns red at least 1 in 3 uses, and you have to unplug it to reset it. Honestly, I understand that they released a product that was in the testing phase and for some reason made it available to the market!

I wonder why they write such bad reviews, the machine does make noise but it has excellent coffee quality, yes you do need to buy capsules from Nespresso, (if you want to get the common capsules from the supermarkets, I wonder why you buy the Nespresso machine, get other coffee machines). I have had it for almost a month and I am completely satisfied!

Today I received the coffee machine after I had ordered it from Public with a GIFT aerochino which I never received because you are forced to order at least forty capsules for them to send it. The machine is compatible only with vertuo capsules which you can only buy from a Nespresso store, and to have them sent you need to order forty capsules. In short, I wasted my money for a useless machine

No one tells you before you buy it that you can only order capsules online and of course only the expensive ones from nespresso itself. It makes noise, it is poorly made, it makes terrible coffee. It dispenses more quantity and floods. It reads the barcodes wrong. Luckily they gave it to me as a gift, I THREW IT IN THE GARBAGE and I'm telling the truth.
