Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is a strategy RPG with a focus on a fictional story and steampunk elements. Take control of Arbiter Kyrie, an agent of the Immortal Council tasked with maintaining stability and order in the land and guiding your troops through difficult encounters.

Centuries ago, a monstrous beast of destruction ravaged the world. In this dire time, the first Immortals gained their unique powers, powers so strong that they managed to destroy the beast that was ravaging the land, where all others had failed. To prevent such destruction in the future, the Immortals united to form a Council that would enforce order and stability on a global scale, intervening in any sign of war or chaos. Despite their great power, the Immortals are few. Even they cannot oversee all regions. That is why they rely on their mortal agents, the Arbiters, to protect the inhabitants of the land from everyday challenges. The Arbiters roam the land, tracking down bandits, unruly monsters, and corrupt officials; their word is law. But one Arbiter discovers the growing corruption affecting her own order, and it is up to her to stop the spread of a threat as grave as the monstrous beast of the past.
