Very good knee support - It is made of neoprene with all that entails (it warms you up). However, it is thin and does not stick to the fabric if worn under pants. It always stays in place. I highly recommend it

It is good, just not as big as I expected. It does not allow for full knee movement, good for the gym but not so much for other sports like kickboxing or martial arts.
