Creates a slightly rough surface that enhances adhesion, filling, and homogenization of the substrate, allowing the application of final paste-like coatings such as the ClimaTop® range of coatings by BIOCLIMA®. It acts as an organic-based primer in the certified external wall insulation system CLIMAWALL® by BIOCLIMA® according to EAD 040083-00-0404.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

• SUBSTRATE – PREPARATION: The surface must be dry, clean, and free from dust, oils, salts, rust, flaky paints, and residues. Remove fungi, mold, and algae through mechanical sanding, wash with soapy water, and allow the substrate to dry thoroughly.
• MIXING: No dilution of the product is needed. It is recommended to stir the product slightly before use and during application with a low-speed mechanical drill.
• APPLICATION: ClimaTop® Primer is applied in one coat using a roller or brush and allowed to dry for at least 4 hours before applying the final decorative coating.
• CLEANING: Tools should be cleaned immediately after application with warm water and soap or with a detergent solution.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• ClimaTop® Primer requires tinting in the color shade of the final coating.
• Do not apply at temperatures below 5°C or above 35°C and at humidity levels exceeding 65%.
• Do not apply under direct intense sunlight and wind drafts.
• Full drying time is 24 hours at a temperature of 25°C and relative humidity of 50%.
• Surface drying time is 4 hours at a temperature of 25°C and relative humidity of 50%.
