It doesn't sync at all with Razer Synapse. Google is full of reports about similar problems with this particular product.

Razer has never amazed me with its sound, with a few exceptions in speakers like the Razer Nommo, but the Leviathan V2 X impressed me. Easy connection to the laptop for which I bought it, nice well-calibrated sound without unnecessary treble. I give 4 stars because there is room for improvement.

Very satisfied with the Razer Leviathan V2 X! I have it connected to my computer and its sound is clear, powerful, and balanced — ideal for music, movies, and gaming.

I like that it connects via USB-C and Bluetooth, so my desk isn’t cluttered with cables, and the RGB lighting gives a nice atmosphere to my setup. It’s small, stylish, and doesn’t take up space.

The product was purchased for €95 and after 2 months of use, I have the following to say. Almost €100 is excessive for this soundbar! Yes, it’s Razer and sells on image and a bit of design, in sound it loses in volume while it is quite clear with moderate bass, it also has RGB at the bottom, all of this can be adjusted from the Razer software for movies and watching stream-broadcast it’s okay but don’t expect to be impressed! It’s okay and in my opinion, it’s not worth more than €60. There are other options you can look for, but if you are looking for volume and loud sound, you won’t find it here!

I bought it just because I wanted Razer Chroma. Nothing else, it's not something amazing. It has a nice design and RGB but in terms of sound, it wasn't worth that much money. For the same performance, you can spend 30-40€ and do the same job with something else

After a good market research, I ended up with this soundbar. If you want a very powerful sound for a room, it is better to look for something with more watts. When I turn the volume up to more than 75%, the power supply to the speakers automatically shuts off. However, it continues to play from the laptop (in short, it crashes at high power). They are very nice, the RGB is also nice and adjustable, and they have a clear sound for the power they produce.
