Initially, I bought it at the offer price so it was definitely very good value for money.
Just keep in mind that whoever gets it should know that this is a sports/adventure watch and not a smartwatch for checking notifications.
The screen is small and cannot be compared to the AMOLED screens that most budget smartwatches now have.
On the positive side, we are talking about a watch with a true 10ATM water rating, which was a key criterion for me, as well as a barometer for altitude/depth, which I was looking for.
A pleasant addition is the sapphire glass. The fact that it has buttons and not wheels is extremely useful when someone has wet hands, is underwater, or is wearing gloves.
The GPS seems OK, as does the HR, which doesn’t have much deviation.
Visually, it is beautiful, if one can get past the bezel of the screen, which is a bit odd. The fact that the screen is MIP helps a lot because the watch is easily readable in sunlight without needing the backlight.
Its menus are a bit odd, but for the intended purpose, they are just fine.
Conclusion - it is a watch for specific uses. If someone wants it for notifications and occasional walking/exercise, perhaps a Garmin Vivoactive, Redmi Watch 5, or Samsung/Apple option makes more sense. If someone needs these specific functions, then at this price it is the only way to go, with the only cost being its unique screen.

Η οθόνη είναι μικρή και δεν συγκρίνεται με AMOLED που έχουν πλέον τα περισσότερα οικονομικά smartwatch.
Στα θετικά συζητάμε για ένα ρολόι με αληθινό 10ΑΤΜ rating για νερό που για εμένα ήταν βασικό κριτήριο, όπως και βαρόμετρο για το υψόμετρο / βάθος που έψαχνα.
Ευχάριστη προσθήκη είναι το sapphire glass. Το ότι έχει κουμπιά και όχι wheels είναι εξαιρετικά χρήσιμο σε φάση που κάποιος έχει βρεγμένα χέρια, κάτω από το νερό ή φοράει γάντα.
Το GPS δείχνει ΟΚ, όπως και ο HR που δεν έχει μεγάλη απόκλιση.
Οπτικά είναι πανέμορφο, αν κάποιος ξεπεράσει το bezel της οθόνης που είναι λίγο περίεργο. Το ότι η οθόνη είναι ΜΙΡ βοηθάει πάρα πολύ γιατί το ρολόι διαβάζει άνετα στο φως χωρίς να χρειάζεται το backlight.
Τα μενού του είναι λίγο κάπως, αλλά για τον σκοπό που προορίζεται είναι μια χαρά.
Συμπέρασμα - είναι ένα ρολόι για συγκεκριμένες χρήσεις. Αν κάποιος το θέλει για Notifications και περιστασιακό περπάτημα - άθληση ίσως μία επιλογή τύπου garmin vivoactive, redmi watch 5 ή samsung / apple βγάζει πιο πολύ νόημα. Αν κάποιος έχει ανάγκη τις συγκεκριμένες λειτουργίες τότε σε αυτά τα χρήματα είναι μονόδρομος με μοναδικό κόστος την ιδιαίτερη οθόνη του.
Purchased about a month ago, I am still trying to learn it. It looks beautiful, slim with a strap that doesn't bother after days on the wrist, zero irritation. Waterproof so far, and relatively accurate in measurements compared to the former smartwatch. A personal downside is the small, hard-to-read characters without reading glasses, and the complicated navigation from app to app... it takes its time...

I have had this watch for about a year now with daily workouts. As for measurements, we have the following:
1. Heart rate measurements are good.
2. Swimming in a pool has relatively good measurements (you cannot add meters if you are kicking, it continues to count a break (my previous watch Suunto admit 3 peak has this capability) so there is an issue there).
3. Open water swimming is a failure!!!! Needs immediate fixing!!! I use the Admit 3 Peak which is a beast in everything!
4. Smart features are indifferent, you can get the same results with a Xiaomi mi band 8.
I have to compare it with the Suunto admit 3 Peak and I think it is better in everything! (gps - battery - chest heart rate) For 350€ it is not what I would like! The gps in open water needs repair!!!! That's it....if you want a smart watch get Xiaomi, if you want a sports watch 4 out of 10....

1. παλμοί έχουν καλές μετρήσεις
2. Κολύμβηση σε πισίνα έχει σχετικά καλές μετρήσεις (δεν μπορείς να προσθέσεις μέτρα αν κάνεις πόδια συνεχίζει να μετράει διάλειμμα ( Το προηγούμενο ρολόι μου Suunto admit 3 peak έχει αυτήν την δυνατότητα) οπότε εκεί έχουμε ένα θέμα)
3. Κολύμβηση σε ανοιχτή θάλασσα αποτυχία!!!!
Θέλει άμεσα επιδιόρθωση !!! Χρησιμοποιώ το Admit 3 Peak που είναι τέρας σε όλα !
4. Smart δυνατότητες αδιάφορες ένα Xiaomi mi band 8 να πάρεις έχεις τα ίδια αποτελέσματα....

Γενικά παιδιά Suunto και Garmin είναι ότι καλύτερο κυκλοφορεί εκεί εξω.

Στην κολύμβηση στην πισίνα προσπαθώ να ακολουθω τα tips που δίνει η εταιρία αλλά και πάλι η μέτρηση δεν είναι ακριβής.
Για κολύμβηση που το πήρα το θεωρώ τελείως άχρηστο.

Former owner of the Spartan Sport Black, I wanted an upgrade after seven years of continuous use.
After seven years, the changes are few but significant. Initially, you need to know what you want from the watch you have in your hands. The smart capabilities it has are when it receives a call, you can answer or reject it, receive notifications from your mobile (not messages and Viber because it is tiring), change songs on Spotify, and that's it. I consider the additional features unnecessary.
As for the measurements and training, they are impressively accurate. It is sturdy and tested in tough conditions. Its battery lasts for two weeks. If you turn off the continuous heart rate monitor, I believe it can easily last a month. And it charges in half an hour at most.
The applications (compass, weather, routes, Suunto Plus, etc.) are there to make your life easier during training or a race or whatever each person does, whether it's hiking or walking.
As for the pedometer, personally, I don't care if it counts steps based on arm movement and "cheats." If you are someone who likes to move, you can tell for yourself if you overdid it or not.

Μετά από επτά χρόνια οι αλλαγές είναι λίγες αλλα ουσιαστικές. Αρχικά πρέπει να ξέρεις τι ζητάς από το ρολόι που έχεις στα χέρια σου. οι smart δυνατότητες που έχει είναι όταν χτυπάει κλήση αν απαντήσεις ή να την απορρίψεις, να έρχονται ειδοποιήσεις από το κινητό(όχι μηνύματα και βάιμπερ γιατί είναι κουραστικό), να αλλάζεις τραγούδι απο spotify και τέλος. και θεωρώ πως τα επιπλέον ειναι περιττα.
όσον αφορά τις μετρήσεις και την προπόνηση ειναι εντυπωσιακά ακριβείς.
στιβαρό και δοκιμασμένο σε αρκετά ζόρικες συνθήκες. η μπαταρία του κρατάει δύο εβδομάδες. αν κλείσεις την παλμογράφο που μετράει ασταμάτητα πιστεύω τον μήνα τον έχει άνετα. και φορτίζει σε μισή ώρα το πολύ.
οι εφαρμογές(πυξίδα, καιρός, διαδρομές, suunto plus κτλ) είναι για να κάνουν τη ζωή σου πιο εύκολη κατά την πρόπονηση ή τον αγώνα ή ο,τι κάνει ο καθένας είτε ορειβασία ειτε περπάτημα.
για τον βηματομετρητή προσωπικά μου είναι αδιάφορο αν μετράει με την κίνηση του χεριού και «κλέβει». αν είσαι άνθρωπος που του αρέσει να κινείται καταλαβαίνεις από μόνος/μόνη σου αν το παράκανες ή όχι
αρνητικα:
- το λουράκι του forest green μου άφησε σημάδι κ μύριζε. αγόρασα το πλαστικό και όλα καλα. το έχω μόνο για καμιά πιο επίσημη έξοδο
- η οθονη ίσως μπορούσε να ήταν ενα τσακ μεγαλύτερη σ αυτό το μέγεθος και να μην πάει χαμένος τόσος χώρος
- ίσως θα ήταν βολικό να μπορούσες να ρυθμίσεις την ένταση του ήχου ειδοποιήσεων
- θα ήταν επίσης πρακτικό αν επέλεγες ποιες ειδοποιήσεις χτυπάνε κατά την άθληση. εγω τις κλείνω όλες και βαράνε μόνο οι κλήσεις γιατι αποσυντονίζομαι
τα αρνητικά δεν τα θεωρώ και τόσο σοβαρά απλα τιποτα δεν είναι τέλειο και ο εχθρός του καλού είναι το καλύτερο

Initially, I bought it at the offer price so it was definitely very good value for money.
Just keep in mind that whoever gets it should know that this is a sports/adventure watch and not a smartwatch for checking notifications.
The screen is small and cannot be compared to the AMOLED screens that most budget smartwatches now have.
On the positive side, we are talking about a watch with a true 10ATM water rating, which was a key criterion for me, as well as a barometer for altitude/depth, which I was looking for.
A pleasant addition is the sapphire glass. The fact that it has buttons and not wheels is extremely useful when someone has wet hands, is underwater, or is wearing gloves.
The GPS seems OK, as does the HR, which doesn’t have much deviation.
Visually, it is beautiful, if one can get past the bezel of the screen, which is a bit odd. The fact that the screen is MIP helps a lot because the watch is easily readable in sunlight without needing the backlight.
Its menus are a bit odd, but for the intended purpose, they are just fine.
Conclusion - it is a watch for specific uses. If someone wants it for notifications and occasional walking/exercise, perhaps a Garmin Vivoactive, Redmi Watch 5, or Samsung/Apple option makes more sense. If someone needs these specific functions, then at this price it is the only way to go, with the only cost being its unique screen.

Στα θετικά συζητάμε για ένα ρολόι με αληθινό 10ΑΤΜ rating για νερό που για εμένα ήταν βασικό κριτήριο, όπως και βαρόμετρο για το υψόμετρο / βάθος που έψαχνα.
Ευχάριστη προσθήκη είναι το sapphire glass. Το ότι έχει κουμπιά και όχι wheels είναι εξαιρετικά χρήσιμο σε φάση που κάποιος έχει βρεγμένα χέρια, κάτω από το νερό ή φοράει γάντα.
Το GPS δείχνει ΟΚ, όπως και ο HR που δεν έχει μεγάλη απόκλιση.
Οπτικά είναι πανέμορφο, αν κάποιος ξεπεράσει το bezel της οθόνης που είναι λίγο περίεργο. Το ότι η οθόνη είναι ΜΙΡ βοηθάει πάρα πολύ γιατί το ρολόι διαβάζει άνετα στο φως χωρίς να χρειάζεται το backlight.
Τα μενού του είναι λίγο κάπως, αλλά για τον σκοπό που προορίζεται είναι μια χαρά.
Συμπέρασμα - είναι ένα ρολόι για συγκεκριμένες χρήσεις. Αν κάποιος το θέλει για Notifications και περιστασιακό περπάτημα - άθληση ίσως μία επιλογή τύπου garmin vivoactive, redmi watch 5 ή samsung / apple βγάζει πιο πολύ νόημα. Αν κάποιος έχει ανάγκη τις συγκεκριμένες λειτουργίες τότε σε αυτά τα χρήματα είναι μονόδρομος με μοναδικό κόστος την ιδιαίτερη οθόνη του.
Purchased about a month ago, I am still trying to learn it. It looks beautiful, slim with a strap that doesn't bother after days on the wrist, zero irritation. Waterproof so far, and relatively accurate in measurements compared to the former smartwatch. A personal downside is the small, hard-to-read characters without reading glasses, and the complicated navigation from app to app... it takes its time...

I have had this watch for about a year now with daily workouts. As for measurements, we have the following:
1. Heart rate measurements are good.
2. Swimming in a pool has relatively good measurements (you cannot add meters if you are kicking, it continues to count a break (my previous watch Suunto admit 3 peak has this capability) so there is an issue there).
3. Open water swimming is a failure!!!! Needs immediate fixing!!! I use the Admit 3 Peak which is a beast in everything!
4. Smart features are indifferent, you can get the same results with a Xiaomi mi band 8.
I have to compare it with the Suunto admit 3 Peak and I think it is better in everything! (gps - battery - chest heart rate) For 350€ it is not what I would like! The gps in open water needs repair!!!! That's it....if you want a smart watch get Xiaomi, if you want a sports watch 4 out of 10....

1. παλμοί έχουν καλές μετρήσεις
2. Κολύμβηση σε πισίνα έχει σχετικά καλές μετρήσεις (δεν μπορείς να προσθέσεις μέτρα αν κάνεις πόδια συνεχίζει να μετράει διάλειμμα ( Το προηγούμενο ρολόι μου Suunto admit 3 peak έχει αυτήν την δυνατότητα) οπότε εκεί έχουμε ένα θέμα)
3. Κολύμβηση σε ανοιχτή θάλασσα αποτυχία!!!!
Θέλει άμεσα επιδιόρθωση !!! Χρησιμοποιώ το Admit 3 Peak που είναι τέρας σε όλα !
4. Smart δυνατότητες αδιάφορες ένα Xiaomi mi band 8 να πάρεις έχεις τα ίδια αποτελέσματα....

Είναι όμορφο κομψό και άνετο, επίσης η αυτονομία της μπαταριας του, το φορτίζω 1 φορά την εβδομάδα κάνοντας και 6-8 ώρες προπόνηση με ανοιχτό GPS. Γενικά παιδιά Suunto και Garmin είναι ότι καλύτερο κυκλοφορεί εκεί εξω.

Το ρολόι είναι τελείως ακατάλληλο για μέτρηση της απόστασης σε open water swimming mode. Χάνει συνεχώς το σήμα gps και μένει πολλή ώρα κολλημένο στα ίδια μετρα, τις περισσοτερες φορές μάλιστα στα 0m.
Στην κολύμβηση στην πισίνα προσπαθώ να ακολουθω τα tips που δίνει η εταιρία αλλά και πάλι η μέτρηση δεν είναι ακριβής.
Για κολύμβηση που το πήρα το θεωρώ τελείως άχρηστο.

Former owner of the Spartan Sport Black, I wanted an upgrade after seven years of continuous use.
After seven years, the changes are few but significant. Initially, you need to know what you want from the watch you have in your hands. The smart capabilities it has are when it receives a call, you can answer or reject it, receive notifications from your mobile (not messages and Viber because it is tiring), change songs on Spotify, and that's it. I consider the additional features unnecessary.
As for the measurements and training, they are impressively accurate. It is sturdy and tested in tough conditions. Its battery lasts for two weeks. If you turn off the continuous heart rate monitor, I believe it can easily last a month. And it charges in half an hour at most.
The applications (compass, weather, routes, Suunto Plus, etc.) are there to make your life easier during training or a race or whatever each person does, whether it's hiking or walking.
As for the pedometer, personally, I don't care if it counts steps based on arm movement and "cheats." If you are someone who likes to move, you can tell for yourself if you overdid it or not.
Negatives:
- The strap of the Forest Green left marks and had a smell. I bought the plastic one, and everything is fine. I only use it for more formal occasions.
- The screen could have been slightly bigger for this size, and not so much space would be wasted.

Μετά από επτά χρόνια οι αλλαγές είναι λίγες αλλα ουσιαστικές. Αρχικά πρέπει να ξέρεις τι ζητάς από το ρολόι που έχεις στα χέρια σου. οι smart δυνατότητες που έχει είναι όταν χτυπάει κλήση αν απαντήσεις ή να την απορρίψεις, να έρχονται ειδοποιήσεις από το κινητό(όχι μηνύματα και βάιμπερ γιατί είναι κουραστικό), να αλλάζεις τραγούδι απο spotify και τέλος. και θεωρώ πως τα επιπλέον ειναι περιττα.
όσον αφορά τις μετρήσεις και την προπόνηση ειναι εντυπωσιακά ακριβείς.
στιβαρό και δοκιμασμένο σε αρκετά ζόρικες συνθήκες. η μπαταρία του κρατάει δύο εβδομάδες. αν κλείσεις την παλμογράφο που μετράει ασταμάτητα πιστεύω τον μήνα τον έχει άνετα. και φορτίζει σε μισή ώρα το πολύ.
οι εφαρμογές(πυξίδα, καιρός, διαδρομές, suunto plus κτλ) είναι για να κάνουν τη ζωή σου πιο εύκολη κατά την πρόπονηση ή τον αγώνα ή ο,τι κάνει ο καθένας είτε ορειβασία ειτε περπάτημα.
για τον βηματομετρητή προσωπικά μου είναι αδιάφορο αν μετράει με την κίνηση του χεριού και «κλέβει». αν είσαι άνθρωπος που του αρέσει να κινείται καταλαβαίνεις από μόνος/μόνη σου αν το παράκανες ή όχι
αρνητικα:
- το λουράκι του forest green μου άφησε σημάδι κ μύριζε. αγόρασα το πλαστικό και όλα καλα. το έχω μόνο για καμιά πιο επίσημη έξοδο
- η οθονη ίσως μπορούσε να ήταν ενα τσακ μεγαλύτερη σ αυτό το μέγεθος και να μην πάει χαμένος τόσος χώρος
- ίσως θα ήταν βολικό να μπορούσες να ρυθμίσεις την ένταση του ήχου ειδοποιήσεων
- θα ήταν επίσης πρακτικό αν επέλεγες ποιες ειδοποιήσεις χτυπάνε κατά την άθληση. εγω τις κλείνω όλες και βαράνε μόνο οι κλήσεις γιατι αποσυντονίζομαι
τα αρνητικά δεν τα θεωρώ και τόσο σοβαρά απλα τιποτα δεν είναι τέλειο και ο εχθρός του καλού είναι το καλύτερο
