Performance Improvement
When you create a trigger point, it can limit you and reduce your performance. When you use a balance roller, you restore your muscles to their normal state, increasing your range of motion. This allows you to achieve better performance, as the muscles (which will have recovered) can be fully utilized.
Pain Relief
When you use MFR (Myofascial Release, Self-myofascial Release) on trigger points, you increase blood circulation to the muscles and connective tissues. The better the circulation, the more oxygen passes through, which means your muscle can recover faster or you may experience less pain.

Good quality, but unfortunately I didn't pay attention to the firmness. I wanted it to be a bit softer.
