It can be prepared as filter coffee, espresso, Greek or frappe. For iced coffee, add ice cubes to filtered Caroffee or place it in the refrigerator until it cools down. It can be mixed with regular coffee to reduce its caffeine content and add vitamins. Carob contains up to 8% protein, as well as vitamins A, B, B2, B3, and D. It is high in calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and contains manganese, iron, and copper. It does not contain caffeine or gluten.
