The consumption ranges from 3.5-4.5 kWh per 24 hours, which is excessive, meaning that the compressor operates continuously but for some reason does not lower the humidity to the desired level.
UPDATE-1: I removed the HEPA filter and found that the activated carbon filter inside was clogged and filled with ice to the point that no air can pass through. I considered returning it, but unfortunately, it has been 10 days since the purchase. Additionally, the member's advice here to change the direction of the HEPA filter has no effect.
I chose the SMART mode for 2-3 days with a room temperature of 18-20℃, but the humidity never drops below 60%. It operates continuously for hours and freezes. Specifically, it worked for 7 hours with a constant consumption of about 350W (measured by a consumption meter) and "burned" 2.5 kWh! It also freezes in DEH dehumidification mode, as it continuously operates for 6-8 hours with the indication not moving from 60%.
UPDATE-2: 21/12/22_Sent with Speedex to the service center AMOIRIDIS-SAVVIDIS. There was a phone call and email with photos before, and the service in Thessaloniki told me to send it for inspection.
UPDATE-3: 9/1/23_I was informed that the inspection had not yet been completed and that I would receive a relevant message when it is completed.
UPDATE-4: 13/1/23_The dehumidifier cannot be repaired, and the service of the company AMOIRIDIS-SAVVIDIS, to their credit, returned it to me without many formalities with a note inside the packaging for a refund. I took it to the store and got my money back. It seems that this particular batch was defective.

Update: Unfortunately, the hepa filter still blocks the airflow in the correct direction and creates ice. I have completely removed the hepa filter and it has been working perfectly for a month now without any ice or other issues. I will probably look for another high-quality hepa filter from a different company because the dealership refuses to acknowledge the general problem.

As others have mentioned in their reviews, I also had the same issue with ice accumulation in the dehumidifier, as you can see in the first picture.

I contacted Amoiridis Savvidis, who is the representative, and since they did not provide a solution, they suggested that I request a machine return, which I did. However, I canceled the return because in the meantime, I did some further research.

I have to say that the dealership is not very knowledgeable about their machines. The ice accumulation is due to the hepa filter, which I learned after researching that hepa filters do not work from both sides. They must be installed in a specific direction, usually indicated by an arrow or some indication. If you install them upside down, the airflow is blocked, resulting in the moisture not being collected in the collection bucket and freezing on the machine. So be careful with the orientation of the hepa filter since there are no indications or arrows on the filters. The fabric blue ribbon/handle on the filter should be facing towards you and not towards the inside of the machine. I cannot be sure if all filters have the ribbon in the same position. So if you are experiencing a problem with ice, try reversing the hepa filter after the device has defrosted. I also include a second picture showing the order of filter placement and the orientation the hepa should have since it is not clearly stated in the manual. Therefore, I am deducting one star (I was close to deducting two stars) for the inadequate manual and the ignorance of the official representative's service.

Other than that, the device is very good, it reduces humidity to desired levels very quickly, and it is definitely not silent, but I wouldn't say it is noisy either. It sounds like a running refrigerator when the compressor is working. I have another dehumidifier and Morris is definitely quieter despite its size.

I hope I can help other potential buyers because it is a very good machine at a very good price, which is often presented as problematic due to the negligence of the representative and/or the manufacturer. While in reality, the problem is due to the placement of the hepa filter.

I have it for a week. My house is on the top floor with average insulation and usual humidity at 70%. This dehumidifier easily brings it down to around 62% and with the use of the air conditioner simultaneously, it reaches 55% without much difficulty. I empty it every 4-5 days. The noise that some people mention is quite reasonable for such a large dehumidifier and it's like someone has put the air conditioner on high. So, it's not silent but it doesn't make a tremendous noise either. Also, the construction is of good quality and beautiful. The only negative thing I find is that the humidity indicated on the remote control never matches the one displayed on the device, which is always lower and logically correct. That's why I deducted one star. Apart from that, most of the negatives that some people write are overly exaggerated. For the current price of 270 euros, it is a very good and complete dehumidifier. Its reliability will be evident in the future, but it has a huge warranty anyway. Also, I haven't come to a clear conclusion about how efficient it is since it struggles without the air conditioner working simultaneously, but I think it's also logical. However, if someone is afraid of the noise, they shouldn't worry, it's reasonable.

It was like having an external air conditioning unit inside the house (it didn't reduce humidity either). The service determined that two screws/bolts needed tightening, but they refused to consider it faulty or replace it no matter what. They also didn't accept my objection that I paid 269 euros to receive a product in excellent condition, not what was delivered.

I received it on 30.11 and started using it. The noise is now as mentioned below, like an old refrigerator constantly making noise during dehumidification - nothing like what is advertised.
Yes, it does reduce humidity levels, nice design, but that's it - if the TV or air conditioning is not running simultaneously, the noise is unbearable for many hours.
When only the fan is running and not the compressor, yes, it is quiet and you can sleep next to it.

If I had taken it directly to the store instead of the service center so that I could return it (they no longer accept it - my mistake), I would definitely prefer another company.

On 01.12, after sending another video and being told that the noise still doesn't sound normal, and after many phone calls, they agreed to give me a credit to refund my money.

When I bought it and started using it, I was unlucky!!!!!! as this one made a lot of noise, probably a compressor malfunction. I changed it the next day and the new dehumidifier had nothing to do with the previous one. Be careful, it has a reduced price and there may be defective parts. Fortunately, it has a good performance guarantee.
So far, I am satisfied because in smart mode it keeps the house at 50% to 60% humidity and works minimally and economically. At first, it worked like crazy and went from 77% to 60% in 8 hours, and from there it works minimally and the house always has the correct humidity. You can't call it silent, but it is big and you have to have it in a central point of your house. I got it with the aforementioned offer (269).
It does what it says comfortably in 75sqm. It maintains humidity at 50-55%.

Wifi connection is relatively easy and I can operate it from there without any problems for now.
The bin is huge (5lt).
It dries clothes just fine.

The remote control sometimes shows random values and fluctuates by 5%, which is quite significant. It has 50, 55, 60, etc., but none of the intermediate values. I don't know where they placed the sensor and how accurate it is, but I don't trust the measurements too much. For humidity and temperature control in the rooms, I have separate thermometers/hygrometers that show 1-2 units higher than the device.

I'm not a fan of ionizers and lamps. They are permanently off, so I don't have an opinion on them.

The "air purification" it provides is laughable (170m3/h) in terms of power, and that's why they don't advertise the performance but only the capability, just marketing. I wouldn't even want it in the device. Personally, I have a separate device for this job.

I'm waiting to see how it will hold up in terms of durability since I haven't bought Morris again. There have always been better and/or cheaper options.

Just like someone else, after a week it started freezing from the back. I removed the activated carbon filter and the HEPA filter, and now it works fine. Simply tragic.
Sometimes, after prolonged use, the function stops and the humidity indication it displays is completely wrong. It gets fixed after a restart.

I'm giving it 2 stars (and that's being generous) because it does indeed reduce humidity in the house (which was the reason for purchase) and the WiFi works. Unfortunately, I was right to be wary of Morris, but I made a mistake choosing it.

I recently bought this product and I have to say it's definitely worth the money. It has a quality construction and has everything you need from a dehumidifier. You can see its features, so I won't rewrite them. I want to highlight the 5-year warranty for the entire device and 10 years for the compressor! As for the noise, yes, it's quiet (on the low setting), but you can't sleep with it in the same room. But I don't think there's any dehumidifier that you can have next to you and still sleep. I will update about the connectivity (WIFI) and, most importantly, the dehumidification performance. I recommend it.

The dehumidification performance is very good. I have it in a central location in a 100m2 house and it removes around 1 to 2 liters of moisture every day with 6 hours of daily operation.
There is indeed an issue with the remote control, as others have mentioned. It is well-made, but it deviates from the actual humidity measurements compared to all my other devices that show humidity. However, the dehumidifier itself measures very accurately.

I finally tried the WIFI connectivity, which is very easy and practical with the Smart Life app. I find it more convenient to control the dehumidifier through the app rather than the remote control.

Regarding power consumption, I didn't notice any significant difference with mild usage. I was a bit hesitant at first because many reviews complain about increased bills for dehumidifiers, but I didn't observe anything like that.
