Operation Wolf Returns: First Mission is the remake of the first Rail Shooter that shaped the genre. It retains the action-packed atmosphere of the '80s, inspired by action movies, while offering a new layout and leaderboard.

A few months ago, a new criminal organization emerged. In addition to arms and drug trafficking, they have developed a superweapon. After discovering several camps run by the mysterious General Viper, two officers have been assigned to learn more about this dangerous weapon and to free the hostages held in the surrounding camps.
