    We have it in the company and it is a very good aid for rebar detection as well as for locating cables etc. On brick it may lose a bit, but you have to be careful with the settings to tell it if it's solid or with holes. On concrete, it detects rebar like the first Hilti ps120 with quite good accuracy. You can estimate the diameter after quite a bit of experience, but you will definitely make a mistake on one cross-section. In any case, these tools are not comparable, one costs 15,000 and the other 800
