It is capable of mixing dough weighing up to 2.4 kg for light doughs and 1.7 kg for heavy doughs. The 3D planetary motion capability of the mixers ensures proper mixing and combination of all ingredients.

It features 4 speed settings to adapt to the texture of the ingredients, making the preparation of a variety of dishes easy. The non-slip bases offer stability during operation, ensuring maximum safety through an electronic safety switch.
