    Very hard for pregnancy regarding the sleep part. It does not support the belly nor the waist by passing between the legs due to its hardness. Its material does not fit properly to the body's curves. It is not memory foam. Its material moves from one side of the pillow to the other, resulting in it being somewhat flat in one area of the body but not supportive at all in another. I consider it suitable only for breastfeeding, but I cannot judge that yet.
