The Burton Ruler Step On men's snowboard boots combine the Sequence BOA® lacing system with two lace paths, allowing the fit to tighten evenly from top to bottom with a turn of the dial. The Step On® heel connects to the binding at the heel contact point, without a strap, while the Step On® outsole has toe hooks for connecting to the binding.

The medium-flex PowerUp tongue fits snugly against the foot and tongue, without needing readjustment while riding. Total Comfort construction offers a broken-in feel right out of the box, while the sealed inner lining at the bottom of the boot helps keep feet warm and dry. The heat-moldable Imprint 2 liner features 3M Thinsulate insulation, an internal lace lock and a hook-and-loop closure.
