At this moment while I'm writing the review, I'm wearing it and I have to say that the L for my arm (bicep 38) is borderline a bit tight; however, I believe that with continuous use it will loosen to normal levels. Logically, for an arm with a bicep of 33-35cm, the L would be ideal. I think there should be at least one XL size available. The length out of the box is 43cm and when you wear it, it ranges between 44-45cm. The length for my arm is perfect. It provides uniform compression everywhere and you don't feel it locally uncomfortable (in proportional relation to what I mentioned about the size for my arm). The fabric is soft & thin. In cases of continuous pain from tennis elbow, like mine, I will use it more for recovery/rehabilitation (wearing it during the day) rather than during exercise, where in intense workouts I will continue to use the special strap that provides targeted compression at the spot. As can be easily understood, these sleeves cannot protect you while lifting weights at the gym. I consider it a very good product for those who occasionally experience minor discomfort and are thinking of using it for preventive protection. I also got another set, in white. Each package contains 2 sleeves.
