Description

The new CPU cooler Deepcool AK620 ZERO DARK is here to impress you! It features a design with six heat pipes and 2x 120mm PWM fans in a push-pull configuration, which offer low noise operation (Max Fan Noise: 28 dBA) without sacrificing cooling performance. Additionally, it has an impressive, meticulous, and minimal design to add extra style points to your computer's interior. Enhanced cooling performance! It optimizes heat dissipation through a solid copper base and also with six 6mm copper heat pipes, dispersing the CPU's heat, providing the maximum cooling performance (heat dissipation 260W)!

The AK620 is designed for RAM with a maximum height of 43mm in a slim profile (*59 mm in a setup with one fan). Additionally, it has an impressive matrix fin design to add extra style points to your computer's interior and has easy installation thanks to the complete mounting kit.

Compatible with sockets: Intel: LGA2066/2011-v3/2011/1700/1200/1151/1150/1155 AMD: AM5/AM4

  • Great cooler — I got about a 25°C drop compared to the stock AMD cooler, which honestly was complete garbage.

The only issue I wish I had known about beforehand is the occasional whining noise at around 1200–1300 RPM.
It can be fixed either by replacing the fans or by adjusting the fan curve.

In my case, laziness won — I never bothered changing anything, and at this point I don’t even notice it anymore, though it was a bit annoying at first.

Very good job on the 7800X3D, it only makes noise every now and then when it needs to blow air and it keeps my CPU at most at 60 degrees during gaming and in the build. With PBO curve tuning, it makes even less noise, as the processor consumes less WATT and generates less heat.
I really don't regret not going with water cooling

The closest thing to Noctua D15 exists. And it's beautiful. I have already bought 4. I only give 5 stars because there aren't more

I placed it on an i7 7700k at 5ghz overclock reaching 120w. In cinebench r23, it did not exceed 85c and idle at 27c with good Grizzly paste. The temperatures seem too high to me... I would like at least 10 degrees lower. It has good quality construction and is almost silent before surpassing 60c. I recommend it, but not for overclocking. I believe a Noctua would do the job
