As far back as I can remember, I always ruined the opportunities given to me. I still don’t know if it was my fault or if I was a victim of circumstances. Perhaps, if I can someday tell my entire story, I will be able to understand what went wrong. Of course, it will be too late by then. Just barely before it’s too late. The opportunities have vanished and left nothing behind.

But perhaps this is my real chance. To become a heroine. By narrating my story, I hope to move people I do not know. To take revenge on people I know. For this to happen, I must speak plainly. To change locations and names so subtly that I leave no doubt about what I am talking about and whom I am referring to.
